The decor.

The staff was not friendly at the desk.

The lobby was very pretty and so was the courtyard. The woman at the front desk was not so nice, and she only gave eye contact to my husband and none to me, quite rude.

I loved the room. The bed was so comfortable. It's everything I wanted for a great price.

There wasn't anything I didn't like about it.

The rooms are beautiful they have a fridge and living room in all of them. The courtyard is gorgeous. The staff was great and very helpful.

Beautiful!!! The decor was classy, elegent. We felt like we were staying in a castle. Absolutely impressed with everything.

Only minus was that the toliet seat showed signs of wear. It had chips in some areas. Did not fit the overall quality of the hotel.

Would recommend to everyone that wants a comfortable, clean adn quiet place to stay. Great hotel. Excellent value. Nice to see that a true deal can still be found these days.

Felt like a luxury hotel in Europe. Everyone was friendly and accommodating with our surfboards. Would recommend to everyone!

The courtyard didn't open early enough for us early birds, but I'm grasping to find something I didn't like.

Wonderful ambiance, friendly, clean, accommodating. Safe and convenient location with places to go within walking distances. Bed was very comfortable. Had hook up for video game for the kid too! No gift shop. Only vending machines. Restaurant pricey.

Mis-named as Manhattan Beach. Definitely not a beach hotel. Hotel has surprising old world charm. Enjoyed the stay as a business trip. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
